Carl Gray - Finance Director

Ray Kiteis a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. After qualifying as a chartered accountant, he spent the early part of his career as an auditor in the financial services sector for KPMG in Dublin and London. Since leaving KPMG, he has held various senior finance positions in the London insurance market, including positions with a managing agent at Lloyds, various general insurers and a mutual. He joined KWW in 2009 from the Towergate Group, where he held the position of regional finance director for Towergate Underwriting. Carl is the firm’s contact with the FSA, the Insurance Industry Regulator.
