Ray Kitebegan his career in 1983 with Leslie and Godwin in the International Non-Marine division moving to C.E. Heath in 1986. There he became part of Heath’s market leading international  property team. In 1997 he joined Greig Fester in order to develop their facultative business, finally becoming part of the initial Direct and Facultative Team within Benfield Group until 2001. After a spell with Aon Global Risks where he was team leader responsible for property business development in Canada, the Caribbean and U.S, he returned briefly to Heath Lambert until taking up his current role to spearhead the development of non-marine business within KWW.
