Peter Hicks - Director, Kite Warren & Wilson Ltd

Ray Kitejoined Wigham Poland in 1963 having spent two years in the Canadian civil service. In 1986, Peter was a founding director of CBC UK Ltd a new Lloyd’s Broker specialising in all classes of Non-Marine Commercial, Retail and Wholesale business .Peter has been a director of an Industry Mutual, and of Besso Holdings who acquired CBC (UK) in 2005. He became a non-executive director of Kite Warren & Wilson as CBC’s (an original shareholder) representative on the Board, when KWW first started trading.  Peter left Besso in 2004 to become an executive director of KWW and to support KWW’s initiative into non-marine business.
