Tom Wilson - Chief Executive

Ray Kitestarted in 1978 with J.H. Minet & Co. Ltd. and worked in the Hull, Cargo, Treaty, P&I and Claims departments. In 1983 he moved to Cooper Gay & Co. Ltd, specialising in Port Packages and liability programmes. He was seconded to the Non-Marine department for two years. In 1991 he left to become Managing Director of the Marine and Aviation Division at Cogent Resources Ltd (previously R. Mears & Co. Ltd). He is one of the three founding principals of KWW. Tom is a member of the Marine Executive Committee of the London & International Insurance Brokers'  Association (LIIBA)'
