We are fortunate to have the services of David Turner, who has been handling marine claims for approximately 40 years, principally with Alexander Howden and Aon, where he was the Claims Director. He was also Chairman of the LIBC Marine Claims Committee and is one of the most highly respected claims experts in the London Market.
